1. Status of this annex
This is an annex to be completed, not an executed data processing agreement. The final agreement must identify the customer as controller and operator as processor where appropriate, together with documented instructions and contracting entities.
2. Scope, duration and data
Scope: processing customer PDFs, recipients and signing workflows. Individuals may include representatives, employees and people named in documents. The customer must specify categories of data, any sensitive data, purposes, duration and agreed retention.
3. Instructions and assistance
The final agreement must address documented instructions, confidentiality, access control, assistance with individual requests, incident notification, audits, return and erasure. This draft does not state that every required organizational process is already implemented.
4. Subprocessors and transfers
Complete the actual Hostinger and Namecheap entities, server regions, CDN providers and any future payment provider, their roles and authorization procedure. Necessary contractual and other safeguards for third-country transfers must be documented separately.
